Return & Refund Policy

• Please note that once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bonmuznewyork.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

• If you wish to return eligible, unopened, and unused products purchased from our website, you may do so within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please email info@bonmuznewyork.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and the items you wish to return.

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged, as well as products purchased as part of a 'bundle & save' category, cannot be returned.

• Our products undergo multiple checks before they are shipped out. However, should you receive an incomplete order, a defective order, or items different from the ones you ordered, please contact us at info@bonmuznewyork.com along with clear images of the product in unused condition. We will get back to you with the next course of action within 48 hours.

• We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed during shipping.
